There are very few homes for sale in retirement communities in the Atlanta area that compare to the communities one finds in places like Florida or Arizona. What we do have are homes for rent in a variety of places, depending on the level of care the senior person requires. Here are a few examples.

Shallowford Apartments

Woodlawn - in Cobb County has many cluster homes.
Blairsville - have planned activities and it is a senior community with very nice homes.
