Riverside
Riverside is one of the most sought after communities in Atlanta. It is located between I-75 and I-85 and is just outside the Perimeter. This allows residents easy access to employment, recreation, and entertainment. Additionally four major shopping centers are close by and include Perimeter, Lenox, Phipps Plaza and Cumberland Mall.

Sandy Springs
Sandy Springs is a very alluring residential and commercial area. Its location offers easy access to I-285, the airport, downtown Atlanta, and convenience to the north Georgia mountains via highway 400.
There is a large variety of housing in Sandy Springs ranging from mansions along side the Chattahoochee River to townhomes and condominiums. Prices of homes vary greatly as well with prices ranging from $150,000 to over $1,000,000.
Recreational activities are abundant with Chattahoochee River providing swimming, rafting, fishing and public parks. Additionally you can find public and private tennis facilities, golf, and swimming facilities.
Alpharetta
Alpharetta is a community that is experiencing tremendous growth. It is not only developing in residential growth but also corporate and retail. Development has provided Alpharetta with large new shopping complexes, strip malls, theaters, and restaurants.
Alpharetta farmland is giving way to new subdivisions. However you can still find plenty horse farms. There are even equestrian subdivisions with elegant homes and acreage for horses. Cranapple
Cranapple is a quaint community with a charming town center. Cranapple offers a number of antique shops. It is also home to many large and small equestrian estates.
Also several new subdivisions are being built that provide a nice selection of new homes.
The styles of newer homes are European or brick traditional. Prices of homes range from $160,000 to $700,000. Neighborhoods are situated on gently sloping landscapes with splendid scenery.
Mountain Park
Mountain Park is a wildlife preserve and contains two manmade lakes. It is a quaint little city that was originally developed for wealthy Atlantans. Today however is a residential city located in the northwest part of Fulton County.
The older homes in Mountain Park tend to be of rustic styling and average in price between $80,000 and $175,000. The newer home styles are usually traditional or contemporary and start at $140,000 and go up from there.
Roswell
Roswell is a charming historic town located just twenty minutes north of the Atlanta perimeter highway. Rosewell has a town square, which is often used for art or antique shows and several cultural or community activities. The heart of the city contains a group of historic homes dating back to the 1840's and 1850's.
Several housing options are available ranging in prices and styles. You can find traditional two-story and ranch homes priced from $120,000 to over $1,000,000.
